Yes, the building is fully accessible for people with disabilities.

Can I modify or cancel my tickets?

Modifying your reservation comes at no cost, as long as it is done at least one day in advance. For cancellations, if done more than 48 hours before the event, there is no charge. If canceled within 48 hours of the event, a 50% fee applies. If canceled on the day of the event, 100% of the cost is charged.

Can I take photos in the museum and during the performances?

You may take as many photos as you like during the museum visit. However, during the show, photos and videos are not allowed out of respect for the venue and the professional artists. The Flamenco Dance Museum is open every day of the year for both visits and performances. Visiting hours are from 11:00 AM to 6:45 PM (last entry at 6:00 PM), except for the first Monday of each month when it opens at 2:30 PM due to maintenance. *Check special hours for December 25, January 1, and January 6.

No, seats are not assigned. The venue opens 45 minutes in advance, and seating is on a first-come, first-served basis.

How long is the show?

The show lasts 1 hour.

Are the same artists performing every day?

No, we work with a team of professional local artists, all from Andalusia, and we have a different lineup each day. To know the artists performing on a specific day, you can contact the Flamenco Dance Museum for details.

Can children attend the flamenco show?

The show is for all audiences. Children under 6 can attend for free, but if they cry or misbehave, they must be taken out by their parent/guardian until they calm down, out of respect for the venue.

Flamenco Poems Show:

The show takes place in a 12th-century Arabic vault, which is our most premium space, offering natural sound with a cappella singing and guitar.

What is the difference between the Flamenco Poems show and the Flamenco Dreams show?

The artistic quality is the same, but the difference lies in the concept. The Flamenco Poems show is for a smaller audience, offering an intimate experience where you can even hear the artists’ breathing. It takes place in the 12th-century Arabic vault, and the venue’s acoustics allow for an a cappella performance, creating a unique experience in Seville.

What is the seating capacity of the show?

The Flamenco Poems show has a capacity of 40 people.

Can children attend the show?

Children under 10 are not allowed to attend the Flamenco Poems show. However, they can attend the museum and the Flamenco Dreams show.
