In the percussion classes with the flamenco cajón or palmas you will be able to experience first hand the compás and the different flamenco rhythms. Let yourself be guided by our musicians, expert percussionists in techniques such as redobles, tresillos, caballitos..., a unique way of discovering compás with the instrument discovered in Peru by the great master Paco de Lucía and which evolved in Spain as a simple and essential flamenco instrument.

Our classes are participative, interactive and fun, and will bring you closer to the world of flamenco through rhythm and compás. It will take place in the art gallery, with moving exhibitions and unique works that will inspire you in one of the most rhythmic activities in the museum and in Seville.

Flamenco rhythm and compás classes can be taken on any day, subject to prior booking, between 10:00 and 16:45 depending on availability. They can also be individual or group classes.

The maximum capacity for classes is 20 people per room, the museum has two rooms and can accommodate a maximum of 40 people per hour.
